BESCIENT TECHNOLOGIES has established a primary spare parts warehouse that supplies the entire country, with several secondary spare parts warehouses set up at each delivery center. Provincial managers and dedicated after-sales service managers have been appointed in each province. Additionally, an online after-sales service platform, PubLink, is provided. Project work orders can be submitted through the platform for a timely response.
