| Project Introduction
To keep abreast of the dynamics of national surface water environmental quality, the National Surface Water Automatic Monitoring System Construction and Operation Maintenance Project procured the construction and three-year operation and maintenance services for 1087 national water stations, three-year operation and maintenance services for 531 existing water stations, and instrumentation equipment supplementation for 135 existing water stations.
The company supplied more than 170 water quality monitoring systems for this project, which covered the construction of national surface water stations in 10 provinces including Anhui, Henan, Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Qinghai, Tibet, and Xinjiang. The construction content encompasses the procurement of automatic analyzers for conventional five parameters, ammonia nitrogen, permanganate index, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen, system integration, and three-year operation and maintenance services, among others.
| Highlights of the Case
● The project has been constructed according to the new national surface water monitoring technical requirements, fully assessing the construction and operation and maintenance capabilities of participating units.
● A complete full-process quality control and sample retention system is in place, enabling online quality control and sample retention, ensuring the quality and reviewability of monitoring data.
● A stable and reliable sampling plan for the freezing period has been proposed, reducing the number of days without water sample collection at national examination sections.
● A professional third-party operation and maintenance service mechanism has been established to ensure the authenticity and effectiveness of monitoring data.
