| Project Introduction
The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region IoT (Air Monitoring Stations) PPP project utilizes a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model to construct and operate air quality automatic monitoring stations across 75 counties in the region. This includes 23 existing stations and 52 newly constructed stations. The project has a total investment of approximately CNY 300 million, with a service period for operation and maintenance of 12 years. This project has been included in the second batch of demonstration projects by the Ministry of Finance and is the first implemented PPP demonstration project in the field of environmental quality monitoring. Through the implementation of this project, effective management of ambient air quality monitoring facilities at the district and county levels is strengthened in the Guangxi Autonomous Region. This project facilitates data transmission and management across three tiers - the autonomous region, city (county), and air stations, thereby assisting users in meeting quality control requirements and ensuring the validity of the data.
BESCIENT is in charge of Bid Section A, which encompasses the development of 39 stations spread across four cities and the creation of monitoring data management software. The primary focus of the construction includes: ① The establishment or operation of 39 stations across four cities - Guilin, Liuzhou, Hechi, and Baise. This includes 26 newly constructed and operational stations, along with the management of 13 existing stations. ② The project also involves the development of a single set of monitoring data management software.
