Characteristic

In accordance with national ultra-low emission flue gas standards and leveraging years of product development and application experience in the field of gas monitoring, BESCIENT TECHNOLOGIES has independently developed the ZE-CEM2000 ultra-low concentration flue gas (particulate matter, SO2, NOX) continuous monitoring system, specifically for ultra-low emission flue gas emissions characterized by low temperature and high humidity. The system employs advanced external large-ratio dilution sampling technology. It measures SO2 concentration using ultraviolet fluorescence, simultaneously measures NO and NO2 to monitor NOX using chemiluminescence, and measures particulate concentration using the extraction forward scatter principle. The system has a simple structure and uses a modular design for easy upgrades. It offers a wide dynamic measurement range, high measurement accuracy, high reliability, flexible networking, and low operating costs.

Application

It is used for measuring the concentration and total emissions of gaseous pollutants from stationary sources, as well as related flue gas parameters. It can be widely applied for continuous emission monitoring in large industrial pollution sources in industries such as power, coal, oil, natural gas, steel, non-ferrous metals, building materials, chemicals, petrochemical, textile, waste incineration, and more.
