The C310 Nitrate Nitrogen Water Quality Analyzer is a product independently developed by BESCIENT TECHNOLOGIES. It uses the spectrophotometric method to measure the nitrate nitrogen content in water. The principle involves the absorption of nitrate ions at 220 nm for the quantitative measurement of nitrate nitrogen. Considering that dissolved organic matter also absorbs at 220 nm and nitrate ions do not absorb at 275 nm, the measurement at 275 nm is used to correct the nitrate nitrogen values. The method principle of the instrument complies with the national standard "Water quality - Determination of nitrate-nitrogen - Ultraviolet spectrophotometry" (HJ/T 346-2007).
