The C310 Nitrite Nitrogen Water Quality Automatic Analyzer is a product independently developed by BESCIENT TECHNOLOGIES. It uses the spectrophotometric method to measure the nitrite nitrogen content in water. The analyzer operates by having nitrite react with p-aminobenzene sulfonamide in a phosphoric acid medium to form a diazonium salt. This salt then forms a red dye in an alkaline solution. Quantitative determination is carried out at a wavelength of 540nm. The method principle of the instrument complies with the national standard "Water quality - Determination of nitrogen (nitrite) - Spectrophotometric method" (GB/T 7493-1987).
