The C310 Phosphate Water Quality Automatic Analyzer is a product independently developed by ZTE Instruments (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. It uses the colorimetric method to measure the phosphate content in water. In an acidic medium, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate to form phosphomolybdic acid in the presence of antimony. This is immediately reduced by ascorbic acid to form a blue complex. The absorbance of this complex is directly proportional to the concentration of orthophosphate. The method principle of the instrument complies with the national standard "Water quality - Determination of total phosphorus - Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method" (GB 11893-89). The instrument meets the requirements specified in "The technical requirement for water quality automatic analyzer of total phosphorous" (HJ/T 103-2003).
