The BESCIENT TECHNOLOGIES Volatile Organic Compounds Online Monitoring System is an end-of-pipe monitoring device for industrial VOC emissions, serving as a crucial technical means for assessing compliance with production emission standards. The system uses a full-process high-temperature extraction method to extract sample gas and employs gas chromatography-flame ionization detector technology (GC-FID) for online monitoring of VOC emissions from fixed pollution sources. It can simultaneously monitor parameters such as outlet temperature, pressure, flow rate, oxygen content, and humidity. The product design fully meets the requirements of the "Specifications and test procedures for nonmethane hydrocarbons continuous emission monitoring system in stationary sources" (HJ 1013-2018).
It is suitable for monitoring VOC emissions from large industrial pollution sources in industries such as petrochemical, printing, coating, pesticide production, electronics manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, shoemaking, building materials, chemical, chemical storage and transportation, dyeing, and others.
